This guide is for intention sessions – that is, tasteful & well-planned portrait sessions, regardless of how much skin you choose to show, if you’re doing it for yourself or as a gift for your partner.
My aim is to create a comfortable, open-minded space where you can look and feel your very best, be vulnerable, and capture something real, delicate, and timeless.

Complete my contact form or reach out directly at info@ninabuys.com and share your vision/reason/ideas for the shoot, if you have any. My rates for intention sessions start at R3500 (location fee excluded). I'll share more information with you, send location recommendations and guide you through the location booking process. From there we'll match dates and start planning! Please reach out as far ahead as possible, especially if you want to have an album printed. Please also note that I do intention sessions during the week, normally around morning so we can work with those beautiful morning rays.
I will send more inspiration, a pack list and guidance on how to get ready for the session, but think about getting 3-4 outfits ready (bonus if you have a few different vibes). Pick whatever outfits make you feel good and like you. I have a playlist but I love it if my clients compose their own playlists - again, what makes you feel good/sexy/fun?
As soon as your date is booked we can start dreaming up how to capture you two & your love story. Before your wedding we'll meet up to plan your timeline, figure out the things you value most & I'll share my process. Our adventure begins here.
I will share a preview with you as soon as possible to ensure that you're happy with the colours and feel of the photo, and from there we'll chat about a way to present it if it's a gift. If you're having an album printed I'll design the layout and send it to my printer, who will handle it with utmost discretion. You'll thank yourself later.
