I sometimes meet couples who just gently remind me of why I started photographing weddings in the first place - because it makes me feel warm, alive, and deeply happy.
Thembs and Jake are 100% one of those couples.
They appreciate the finer, simple things: good food along with excellent company, contemporary art created with heart and intent, and the beauty of the natural world and immersing themselves into it.
For this very reason, they decided to celebrate their union at Nirox Sculpture Park in Muldersdrift with only their closest friends & family. They had their ceremony in the garden followed by an incredibly curated dinner at And Then There Was Fire, the culinary dream of a restaurant in the heart of the Nirox garden.
