Both residing in the UK, Lauren and Patrick returned to her home country for their classic wedding day in the Banhoek valley, filled with sentimental touches. Fresh white flowers around every corner, Lauren adding her mother’s wedding gloves to her bridal look, Patrick singing an old Hollywood song for his bride during canapes, and champagne coupés floating through the room.
Looking at the first look with Lauren’s dad: imagine seeing your daughter with the same gloves your wife wore years and years ago on your wedding day. This moment made me (and everyone else who witnessed it) tear up to the point of nervously searching for tissues.
